What dreams are made of...

From the very first moment we met, he had my heart.

When we first saw him turned out in the arena, he was breathtaking. His presence was overwhelming. He was, without a doubt, the most amazing horse I had ever seen in person. From that moment on, I could not get him out of my mind.

There is just something incredibly special about Maz. Beyond his beauty and mesmerizing movement there is a aura around him that is unexplainable. He is as sweet as he is gorgeous. With three incredible gaits Maz is a total package. A powerful walk that never needs any encouraging, a trot with amazing suspension and forward movement, and a canter that is incredibly balanced and naturally uphill. When I see myself on video riding this horse, I am just amazed at how beautiful he his under saddle. He truly is breathtaking.

Currently Maz is going well under saddle, showing at training level and schooling at first and second. At his first dressage show he won his only class, and at his second show Maz won both his classes with scores of 70% and 71.5%. He achieved these scores as a still nervous, novice horse. The sky is the limit for this marvelous horse. At each outing we attend he just keeps improving.

He has such a demanding presence, yet inside he is as gentle as a cuddly teddy bear. People speak of humans with old souls, well Maz is the first horse I have ever met that makes me think he is a horse with an old soul.

Maz is a dynamic mover, naturally built for dressage. He is rapidly excelling under saddle because all of it comes so easily and naturally to him. His wonderful attitude and work ethic make him a joy to work with as he is always looking to please. We will be showing more in 2008, as well as opening his studbook.
